ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We attempt to have information on the website that is complete, accurate and current but the information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.  We can not guarantee that any product listed on the site will be in stock or remain available.  Product information is for information purposes only and although we make every effort to display products (including their colors) as accurately as possible, sometimes your computer and monitor setting can affect what you see when you look at the website.  Consequently 2C Co LLC cannot guarantee you will accurately see the actual colors and specific features in every case.  The technical information, opinions, recommendations and other information made available on the website are provided for convenience only and may not be relied upon as addressing your particular needs and circumstances.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  You must provide valid, authorized payment card information that we may charge the payment card at the time of your transaction.  

If you have registered for a website account, you may purchase products through your website account.  When you place a product in the shopping cart on the site you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.  Upon completion of the online order process, your purchase will be charged to you using the billing information you provided.  You will receive acknowledgement of the order by email to the email address associated with your site account.  

RETURN POLICY

In order to insure proper credit all returns must be authorized by Chattanooga Clothing in advance. Authorized returns must be made within 30 day and be accompanied by a return authorization form or number from Chattanooga Clothing. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original salable condition. Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable. All return shipping must be prepaid. Claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Contact us at our Return Center to initiate a return.

PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.
